A credit card must be on file to lock in the date of your event. We do not charge your card at the time of booking, unless at your request. The card on file is used as an “intent to hire” to hold your reservation and acknowledges your acceptance of this contract. Please note that this card may be used in accordance to the Cancellation Policy (see below), if necessary.
Payment in full is due prior to the start time of your event. Failure to pay for your event will result in legal action.
TIPS FOR THE DEALING STAFF
Tips are not mandatory but are appreciated. If you choose to tip, it is recommended that the tip is added to the invoice. Recommended tip amount is $20 to $40 per dealer. Our holiday recommended rate is $40 – $50 per dealer.
OVER TIME POLICY
If you decide to go over 15 minutes or past 4 hours of gaming there is an additional cost of $60.00 per hour per dealer.
EARLY SET UP/DOWNTIME POLICY
Our dealers are also the set up crew. If you would like your casino gaming to be set up more than 1 hour prior to your casino start time, there will be an additional charge of $20.00 per hour per crew member having to wait.

If you should decide to cancel your event less than 31 days prior to your reserved event date, you will be subject to the following cancellation penalty fees:
- Cancel between 15-30 Days of your event = 25% penalty (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- Cancel between 8-14 Days of your event = 50% penalty (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- Cancel within 7 days of your event, you will be subject to a 100% penalty fee. No refunds will be given if your event is canceled within 7 days of your event and you will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty fee.
CREDIT CARD SERVICE FEE
If paying by credit card, a credit card service fee of 3.8% will be added to the invoice.
